For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Retro Diet, whose Instagram handle is @retrodiet. The “Prize” refers to one (1) vintage Balenciaga Pink Wallet.

• The Prize is a preowned vintage Balenciaga wallet with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $250 USD and will be awarded in its existing condition. Signs of prior use, wear, age, or other imperfections may be present. Entrants acknowledge and accept the preowned nature and condition of the Prize.

• NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

• By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The giveaway begins at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 22, 2026 and ends at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on August 22, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

• One (1) winner will be selected at random by The Promoter on August 22, 2026 and will be notified on or after this date.

• The giveaway is open only to residents of the continental United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

• Employees of The Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, the livestream platform, or Balenciaga. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, the livestream platform, and Balenciaga have no responsibility or liability in connection with the giveaway.

• To be eligible for the giveaway, entrants must be following the Instagram profile @retrodiet at the time the giveaway closes.

• Entrants may enter the giveaway through either of the following methods:

  • Purchase Entry: Complete a qualifying purchase from Retro Diet during the Promotion Period. A qualifying purchaser will receive one (1) entry, subject to the eligibility requirements and entry limit contained in these Terms and Conditions. If selected as the potential winner, a purchaser may be required to provide their Instagram handle so The Promoter can verify that they were following @retrodiet at the time the giveaway closed.

  • Free Email Entry: To enter without making a purchase, send an email to theretrodietluxury@gmail.com with the subject line “Retro Diet Pink Wallet Giveaway Entry.” The email must include the entrant’s full name, mailing address, Instagram handle, and phone number and must be received by The Promoter during the Promotion Period. The entrant must also be following @retrodiet on Instagram at the time the giveaway closes.

• Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. An entrant who makes a qualifying purchase and also submits a free email entry will receive only one (1) total entry. All eligible entries will be included in the same random drawing and will have an equal chance of winning regardless of entry method. Making a purchase does not provide an additional entry or increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected eligible entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the potential winner, including compliance with the Instagram-following requirement, before awarding the Prize.

• The potential winner must respond to The Promoter’s notification within forty-eight (48) hours. If the potential winner fails to respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Prize may be forfeited and The Promoter may randomly select an alternate winner.

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably determines to be fraudulent, automated, duplicative, submitted using false or misleading information, or otherwise submitted in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Attempts to obtain more than one entry by using multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or other methods may result in disqualification.

• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure to receive entries and takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or otherwise invalid.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the giveaway, or any Prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant, even if such cost, expense, loss, or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and The Promoter, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

• The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

• The winner’s name, mailing address, email address, and phone number must be provided to The Promoter if reasonably requested for purposes of verifying eligibility and fulfilling and delivering the Prize.

• Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used by The Promoter for purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting the winner, and fulfilling the Prize.

The giveaway will take place during the Retro Diet livestream scheduled between approximately 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on August 22, 2026 (the “Livestream Period”). The winner will be selected during the livestream at a time determined by The Promoter.

The Promoter will provide instructions during the livestream explaining how viewers may identify themselves or otherwise participate in the drawing. Each eligible livestream viewer may receive a maximum of one (1) entry.

The Prize will be awarded to one (1) randomly selected eligible livestream viewer. The Promoter reserves the right to verify that the potential winner was actively watching the livestream at the time of the drawing and was following @retrodiet on Instagram at that time.

If the initially selected potential winner cannot be verified as eligible, is not present in the livestream when selected, fails to respond to The Promoter during the livestream within a reasonable period of time specified by The Promoter, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the potential winner may be disqualified and another eligible livestream viewer may be randomly selected.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably determines to be fraudulent, automated, generated through bots or fake accounts, submitted using multiple identities or accounts, or otherwise made in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter will not be held liable for technical problems affecting the livestream or a viewer’s ability to participate, including internet connectivity issues, platform interruptions, delayed comments, account restrictions, or other circumstances outside The Promoter’s reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the giveaway, or any Prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant, even if such cost, expense, loss, or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and The Promoter, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
